So it has the history from where the South Asian Stone Age began. In 2003 Bhimbetka was declared a World Heritage Site where tourists will find over 500 rock shelters, paintings, and caves. The best time to visit Bhimbetka is from October till March and explore the history and stories of the stone age. However, avoid going in the summers due to the scorching heat during the season.
