Previously titled Thug, Absolution is a crime thriller directed by Hans Peter Moland, known for In Order of Disappearance. The story follows an aging mobster, played by Liam Neeson, who wants to leave his criminal life behind and reconnect with his children. However, leaving the underworld isn’t so easy, and he finds himself in a dangerous game of survival. With a screenplay by Tony Gayton (Hell on Wheels), this intense action-packed drama will be released in theaters on November 1, 2024.
