This animated comedy, based on the story Pete & Pickles by Berkeley Breathed, promises to be a fun-filled adventure for audiences of all ages. Adapted from Claire Keegan’s 2021 novel, Small Things Like These is a poignant historical drama starring Cillian Murphy. Set in 1985, the film follows coal merchant Bill Furlong as he uncovers shocking secrets within a local convent during the Christmas season. As Bill dives deeper into the mystery, he realizes it’s connected to a larger conspiracy in the Irish town of New Ross.
