With a peak power of 14.7 hp, it can reach top speeds of 105 kmph and accelerate from 0-60 kmph in a mere 4.5 seconds. Using the 950W portable charger, it takes 3 hours and 40 minutes to charge from 0 to 80%. Meanwhile, the 3 kWh Smart X Home rapid charger can recharge the battery from 0-50% in just 50 minutes.
Superior Suspension and Braking System
For a seamless riding experience, the TVS X incorporates telescopic forks upfront and a rear mono shock unit. The 220 mm front and 195 mm rear disc brakes, paired with single-channel ABS, guarantee efficient braking. With a seat height of 770 mm and a ground clearance of 175 mm, it's designed to accommodate riders of various statures.
Built on the New 'Xleton' Architecture
Sporting a wheelbase of 1,285 mm, the e-scooter promises both stability and agility. Its storage capacity of 19 litres is apt for daily commuting. To enhance its aesthetic, the rear sub-frame and brake callipers are painted in a vibrant blue, ensuring the TVS X is as visually appealing as it is efficient.
Pricing and Special Offers
Retailing at Rs 2.50 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru), the TVS X does not benefit from the central government’s FAME-II subsidy. Nonetheless, the initial 2,000 'First Edition' buyers gain exclusive access to the ‘TVS X Club Concierge Service,’ which includes on-demand services valued at Rs 18,000. Bookings for this state-of-the-art scooter begin on August 24, with deliveries set to commence in December.
